Please note that during festive seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes or courier delays.
We offer standard shipping across India, and shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Some orders may qualify for free shipping based on the cart value or promotional offers.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real-time. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided during checkout are accurate. Thread tales by Amanjot will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
We currently do not support cash-on-delivery (COD) in all regions. Availability of COD will be confirmed at checkout. For prepaid orders, we use secure payment gateways to ensure a smooth and reliable transaction experience.
