At Thread tales by Amanjot, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to offer high-quality women’s clothing that meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost, depending on your location and courier availability.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Customized or altered garments

  • Innerwear or accessories

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund based on the situation.
We reserve the right to decline returns if the product shows signs of use, wear, damage, or missing tags. Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
